Shipping policy


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try to resolve the issue. If after several attempts to reach you, we do not receive a response, your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you. 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please us contact us at contactus@theglamicon.com as soon as possible. If your order was placed after 4 p.m. on Saturday, please contact us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to make the necessary changes to your shipping address. If we are not notified in a timely manner, prior to the shipment going out, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from The Glam Icon.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders). If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this matter up with the United States Postal Service. The Glam Icon DOES NOT hold responsibility or issue refunds for packages that state DELIVERED.

 

PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for orders placed before 4pm Monday - Saturday will be processed that business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. on Saturdays will be processed on Monday of the next week. 

*Normal processing time does not include Sundays or Holidays

  • (United States) 1-3 Business Days (Standard)
  • (International) 6-10 Business Day
  • This time does not include the processing period
  • Expect delays during Holidays
*International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country, in which the buyer is responsible for. Also, please keep in mind that there may be additional delays due to packages being held in customs for inspection.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
